By accessing or using ZyoKit (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
The Site provides free, browser-based tools that let you add a customizable date/time stamp to an image and crop an image, using client-side processing in your own web browser. We do not store, host, or have access to the images you edit using these tools.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and edit using the Site. Since processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive a copy of your images and make no claim of ownership over them. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and edit any image you process with the Site.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to process images in a way that violates applicable law, infringes on someone else's rights, or is otherwise unlawful, harmful, or abusive. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the Site's infrastructure.
No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZyoKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because image processing happens locally in your browser, we strongly recommend keeping a backup of your original photos before editing.
Third-Party Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to support free access to the tools. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for more information about advertising and data.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
